Automotive Parts Counterperson – Mazda of Dayton

Mazda of Dayton is hiring a dependable Parts Counterperson for our new parts department. You’ll assist retail and wholesale customers, support the Service Department, and help maintain high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong multitasking and efficiency, reporting directly to the Parts Manager.

Location: 8300 Lyons Ridge Dr., Dayton, OH

Qualifications:

• 1+ year customer service experience (automotive preferred)
• Basic computer skills (CDK experience a plus; training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and provide references

Preferred:

• CDK or electronic parts catalog experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Automotive parts/service knowledge
