Job Details:

Beechmont Subaru has a rare opening for a Service Advisor. This position is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. Applicant must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction.

This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries. Individuals with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a warm personality can do very well as a Service Advisor.

Qualifications:

• Current / recent experience as a Service Advisor OR auto experience in areas such as express lube, vehicle repair, customer service, or sales
• Proven ability to multi-task in past employment
• Good computer skills - will train to work in CDK system
• High school graduate; college a plus, but not required
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
