What You'll Do:
- Handle incoming phone calls and internet leads with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments for the sales department
- Follow up with leads and previous customers using our CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

What It Takes To Succeed:
- Ability to work assigned schedule
- Strong typing and internet navigation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
- Previous BDC or customer service experience is a plus (retail, call center, hospitality – all great!)
- Vinsolutions experience a plus
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow
- Solid work references and ability to pass a background check
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
