Our Body Shop at Fairfield Volkswagen is seeking a full-time, reliable, Body Shop Helper to assist our Body Shop Painters with related duties, to detail customer vehicles, to keep our shop free of debris, etc. This position offers a fantastic potential career path for those interested in becoming an auto body painter in the future with income not found in most other industries. We are in need of a helpful person who pays attention to detail, is dependable, stays self-motivated, and wants to be part of a great team. Our body shop is part of the reputable Kenwood Dealer Group, a family of dealerships and body shops located across the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. Our facility is very conveniently located alongside the Fairfield Volkswagen Superstore, just 2 miles in from I-275.

We Require:

• Current / recent experience as Lot Technician or Detailer at a body shop, dealership, tire store, etc. Experience as a Helper or Painter's Helper in a body shop is a plus, but not required
• High school grad /GED; automotive or body shop vocational program is a plus
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
