Position Overview:
As a Lincoln Sales Consultant, you will:
Develop and maintain meaningful connections with a discerning clientele
Deliver a seamless, bespoke sales experience tailored to individual client needs
Partner with Client Concierges, Service Technicians, and product specialists to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the ownership lifecycle
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Lincoln brand, product portfolio, and exclusive ownership benefits
Drive sales performance while upholding the brand’s reputation for sophistication and excellence
Candidate Profile:
We seek professionals who offer:
A passion for luxury automotive sales, finance, or premium hospitality, supported by at least one year of relevant experience
An unwavering commitment to client service, with exceptional attention to detail
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to excel within a team environment
Proficiency with digital tools and social media engagement
Strong organizational capabilities, including effective multitasking and prioritization
Dedication to ongoing professional development and mastery of industry trends
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in sales, finance, account management, or luxury service industries
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business requires
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and furnish credible references
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education is a plus
