Position Overview:
As a Lincoln Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful connections with a discerning clientele

  • Deliver a seamless, bespoke sales experience tailored to individual client needs

  • Partner with Client Concierges, Service Technicians, and product specialists to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the ownership lifecycle

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Lincoln brand, product portfolio, and exclusive ownership benefits

  • Drive sales performance while upholding the brand’s reputation for sophistication and excellence

Candidate Profile:
We seek professionals who offer:

  • A passion for luxury automotive sales, finance, or premium hospitality, supported by at least one year of relevant experience

  • An unwavering commitment to client service, with exceptional attention to detail

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to excel within a team environment

  • Proficiency with digital tools and social media engagement

  • Strong organizational capabilities, including effective multitasking and prioritization

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, finance, account management, or luxury service industries

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business requires

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and furnish credible references

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education is a plus
