Fairfield VW has an immediate need for a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our busy dealership. This position has?great?income potential not found in most other industries. This position requires a very friendly, organized, efficient individual. Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of total vehicle sales experience

• Preference given to current/ future participants that will be in the next class of the F and I growers club. GM recommendation verified

• Strong math skills and computer skill set based on past employment; CDK computer experience a plus

• Team Mentality

• High school graduate;?college a plus

• Satisfactory employment references

• Pass background check
