Our corporate location has a need for a Dealer Trade Administrator/ Inventory Clerk to assist with the processing of auto dealer trades for Kenwood Dealer Group. This position will accurately manage our inventory within CDK when a vehicle is being traded as it relates to collecting funds, e.g., payables and receivables. The Dealer Trade Administrator must have the ability to secure a notary license within 30 days with our help. He/ She must be able to multi-task, stay organized, and work well within a team environment. Training will be provided. This position is located in our corporate facility on Socialville-Foster Rd. near the Mason-Montgomery intersection, (I-71 to Fields-Ertel Rd. exit 19.) Minimum Requirements:

• Notary license preferred or ability to secure notary immediately
• Computer literate to work in CDK daily
• Current/recent clerical background; payables/receivables a plus
• Basic math skills
• Ability to multi-task per past employment
• High school graduate
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
