Shift Into Your New Role as an Administrative Assistant:
Our Body Shop is seeking a motivated individual with strong multi-tasking skills. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist the Body Shop Manager in running an efficient department. This is the perfect entry into the business for an individual looking for a professional, administrative career in the automotive / body shop industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete basic administrative training as assigned by the Body Shop Manager
- Create, book, and close repair orders
- Write small estimates
- Work with Body Shop personnel to grow customer-pay business
- Work with all dealership managers and employees in a timely, professional, and respectful manner
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Display a positive attitude to promote an atmosphere of learning and understanding
- Assist in the moving and the arranging of vehicles to ensure maximum productivity
- Deliver the highest degree of customer service
- Be in continual communication with the Body Shop Manager and always operate with integrity
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:
- Current or recent administrative or customer service experience. (Dealership, independent shop, or retail environment is a plus, but not required.)
- Good driving record acceptable to the company
- High school graduate/equivalent
- Satisfactory employment references
- Pass background check
