As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and service team, responsible for:

• Selling repairs, maintenance services, and related products

• Handling warranty concerns and service recommendations

• Assisting customers in person and over the phone

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and enthusiasm

Do You Have What It Takes?

We’re looking for motivated individuals with:

• Current or recent experience as a Service Advisor OR a background in automotive, customer service, vehicle repair, or sales

• Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent communication skills

• A customer-first mindset and team-oriented attitude

• Computer proficiency (experience with CDK is a plus—training available)

• A high school diploma (college coursework is a plus)

• Satisfactory employment references and the ability to pass a background check
