Fairfield Volkswagen is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our Express Lube Quick Service Lane! This position is the perfect stepping stone into our Service Department with exciting opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do:

• Provide quick and efficient service for basic tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and bulbs
• Ensure customers have an exceptional experience with fast service and friendly interaction
• Stay organized and multi-task in a high-energy environment
• Focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction to meet performance goals
• Potential for career growth within the service department!

Schedule:

• 5-day work week including Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer contact role (automotive experience such as dealership customer service, sales, or express lube is a plus, but not required)
• Computer literacy and ability to work in CDK (training will be provided)
• High school diploma (college a plus)
• Satisfactory employment references and the ability to pass a background check
