What It Takes to Join Our Team
- Current/recent experience as an Automotive Service Technician, Production Tech, or Flat-Rate Tech
- Lincoln or Ford experience preferred (but not required); ASE certifications a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong professional references and ability to pass a background check
