Your Role as a Lincoln Sales Consultant:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Anticipate client needs and provide a seamless, tailored experience
  • Collaborate with Client Concierges, Service Technicians, and specialists to ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint
  • Master the Lincoln brand, products, and ownership benefits
  • Strengthen client engagement through thoughtful communication and expertise

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A passion for luxury automotive sales, finance, or high-end hospitality (1+ years of experience preferred)
  • An exceptional client-first mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work seamlessly in a team environment
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with social media platforms
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, finance, account management, or hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide strong professional references
  • High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
