Looking for a hands-on role with growth potential in the automotive industry? Lincoln of Cincinnati has an immediate opening for a full-time Automotive Lot Technician in our Sales Department. If you enjoy working with cars, keeping things organized, and staying active, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping the lot organized and well-maintained
• Cleaning and prepping new and used vehicles
• Moving cars as needed
• Maintaining customer areas to keep our dealership looking its best
• Shoveling snow in the winter months
• Working both indoors and outdoors

Your Schedule:

• 40-hour workweek, including some weekends

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must be 18 years or older

• Previous Lot Tech experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
