Borcherding Buick GMC is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our Business Development Center. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking to people, and enjoy making a real impact, this is the job for you!

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a crucial role in helping them take the next step toward their dream vehicle. Your day-to-day will include handling internet leads, fielding inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential buyers. Automotive experience is great, but not required—we’re looking for team players with patience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to top-notch service.

What It Takes to Succeed:

• Ability to work the assigned schedule

• Any level of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality—all great!)

• Strong typing and internet navigation skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Solid work references and ability to pass a background check

• Must be 18 or older
