Beechmont Subaru & Volkswagen is searching for a dedicated Automotive Service Inventory Specialist to play a vital role in managing our vehicle displays, lot organization, and service-related tasks. Your Role in Automotive Service

• Ensure customer parking is clear of retail units and trade-ins in process
• Assist with processing new inventory and performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
• Maintain appropriate fuel levels in vehicles
• Transport vehicles between service lots as needed
• Collaborate with the service, sales, and lot teams to prepare vehicles for delivery and customer service
• Support detailing tasks and ensure quality checks are completed
• Receive vehicles returning from service and detailing, staging them correctly for customers
• Tag and organize sold vehicles in designated areas for delivery

• Support the Service and General Sales Managers with operational tasks to ensure smooth service workflow

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in inventory or a similar role is a plus

• The ability to work outdoors for an extended period of time

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to keep up in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Satisfactory employment references and ability to pass a background check
