What You Need to Get Started

• Lube Technician experience is a plus, but no prior tech experience is required
• Good driving record acceptable to the company
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive or vocational school a plus, but not required)
• Satisfactory employment references
• Ability to pass a background check
