Kenwood Dealer Group’s corporate office is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Representatives. Be the friendly and professional voice that connects our customers to the right department across our 16 area locations.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and direct incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism
• Provide helpful solutions while ensuring every customer feels valued
• Calmly and efficiently assist callers, including those who may be frustrated
• Work in a positive, team-driven call center with a casual dress code

Call center experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training for the right candidates.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Wednesday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Saturday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

What You Bring to the Team

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings
• Basic computer proficiency
• Professionalism and a customer-first attitude
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check
