Borcherding Buick GMC is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Coordinator to join our Business Development Center. In this role, you'll be pivotal in managing and distributing internet leads, taking inbound calls, and delivering exceptional customer service to our extensive client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to advance their career in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities include handling internet inquiries from CincyAutos.com, following up with showroom visitors who haven't yet made a purchase, and scheduling effective customer appointments. While a background in automotive is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We value patience and a positive attitude when engaging with customers who have questions.

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• Must be able to work assigned schedule

• Any level of customer service experience

• Proficient computer skills for typing and working on the internet
• High school graduate
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Must be 18 or older
