Shift Into Your New Role as a Sales Consultant:

Lincoln of Cincinnati is adding to its already impressive team of Sales Consultants. Our Sales Consultants actively create new relationships while maintaining and deepening existing ones. Lincoln of Cincinnati's staff is the embodiment of genuine and luxurious hospitality. The ideal candidate will have previous luxury automotive sales and / or finance experience. Sales Consultants are expected to anticipate our Client’s needs and provide them with a customized and effortless ownership experience.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Product Specialist:

• Ensure Client’s needs are anticipated and/or addressed in a timely manner.
• Work in close partnership with Client Concierges, Lincoln Service Technicians, and other specialists to ensure there is a coordinated approach to our client’s day-to-day needs.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's needs and ownership preferences.
• Become an expert on all Lincoln products and Client benefits
• Provide Clients with information that strengthens their relationship with Lincoln of Cincinnati.
• Achieve individual sales goals determined by Lincoln of Cincinnati Leadership.

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• 1+ years of sales of any type, finance, account management, or hospitality experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Flexible schedule - able to work evenings and weekends
• Pass company background check
• Satisfactory references from previous employers
• High School Diploma or GED - college a plus, but not required
