Shift Into Your New Role as a Customer Experience Representative:
Kenwood Dealer Group’s corporate office has an immediate need for a full-time Customer Experience Representative to answer phone lines for our 16 area locations and transfer them to the correct area. It is important to respond accurately and efficiently to callers, explain possible solutions, and ensure that clients feel supported and valued. This may include confirming or clarifying information as well as professionally diffusing a frustrated caller. We want to be a reliable, friendly resource to our customers. This position requires basic computer skills and the ability to multi-task. We operate a positive and productive Call Center for our dealer group. Call center experience is a plus, but not required. Dress code is casual. This position is located at our Corporate Office in Mason.
