What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Perform wheel inspections to assess damage and feasibility of repair
  • Repair and refinish wheels using industry-standard techniques and equipment
  • Repair cosmetic damages such as scratches, scuffs, and curb rash
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, inventory, and expenses

Requirements to Drive Your Career Forward:

  • Proven experience as a Wheel Repair Technician or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of different wheel types, finishes, and repair techniques
  • Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for wheel repair
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications for the Job:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in wheel repair are a plus
  • Prior experience working in an automotive repair or body shop is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of proper safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle the demands of the job
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
