What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform wheel inspections to assess damage and feasibility of repair
- Repair and refinish wheels using industry-standard techniques and equipment
- Repair cosmetic damages such as scratches, scuffs, and curb rash
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Keep accurate records of repairs, inventory, and expenses
Requirements to Drive Your Career Forward:
- Proven experience as a Wheel Repair Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different wheel types, finishes, and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for wheel repair
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications for the Job:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in wheel repair are a plus
- Prior experience working in an automotive repair or body shop is highly desirable
- Knowledge of proper safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle the demands of the job
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
