What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the new or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and follow-up activities

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve dealership goals

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Basic computer proficiency and math skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to accompany customers on test drives

• High school diploma or equivalent (college or vocational training is a plus)

• Ability to pass a background check and provide satisfactory employment references
